The manufacturing process of our tempered glass begins with selecting thick, high-quality float glass, which offers superior clarity and minimal imperfections, ensuring a flawless visual experience. 

The cut glass piece undergoes a tempering process for enhanced strength and safety. This involves heating the glass to a high temperature (around 600°C) and then rapidly cooling it with air blasts. This process creates compressive stress on the surface of the glass, making it significantly resistant to breakage and shattering, boasting 4 to 5 times the durability of standard glass with improved minor scratch & heat resistance. After tempering, the edges of the glass are polished to create a smooth and finished look.
